Carrington brings to Agenda C 15+ years of digital marketing communication and professional campaign experience.
Most recently, Carrington worked with the NSW Productivity Commission on digital strategy and campaign execution for NSW Treasury and prior he developed engagement strategies and solutions for newly amalgamated councils in Department of Premier & Cabinet, NSW.
In 2015, Carrington worked with Queensland Government’s Treasury and Trade campaign the “Strong Choices” campaign that was awarded the Gold Standard Award (2015) for Public Relations. Carrington worked as part of the federal Liberal Party digital strategy team to elect Tony Abbott as PM in 2013. Carrington also initiated and co-developed the polling for the legalisation of same-sex marriage in 2014 that resulted in 73% of Australians supporting the change. Carrington has introduced blue-chip companies, brands and conservative industry groups to grassroots digital and social media advocacy campaigns.
Prior, Carrington worked for Optus in Campaign Sales and Marketing and account management for 9 years. Carrington began his career as a journalist with the Ballarat Courier Newspaper covering the 2001 election campaign.

She specialises in strategic policy and campaign engagement services, with industry associations, governments, brands and think tanks. Parnell has solved complicated communications challenges for a wide range of clients, including management consultancies, tech companies, educational institutions and many more. Parnell maintains strong connections with the media and writes a fortnightly column for the Australian Financial Review and writes a weekly column for the syndicated Nine newspapers.

She offers experience from national and local campaigns, where effectively advocating for widespread action formed the basis of targeted strategy and execution. Cutting her teeth in political roles including with former Treasurer (now Premier), the Hon. Gladys Berejiklian MP and Councillor Dr Kerryn Phelps AM, former Independent MP for Wentworth.

Social and Digital Media Manager
Rafael Contreras is Agenda C’s social and digital media campaign manager. Rafael has experience in social media advertising campaigns and adds value to Agenda C’s clients by providing new solutions that generate results.
Natalya Lucas works on Agenda C clients providing administrative and customer service support to our team. Natalya assists in the day-to-day administration of public relations, marketing and social media advertising campaigns.
This includes maintaining a high level of awareness with client activities, detail-oriented tasks and project management and professional communication with key client contacts.

David is a digital marketing consultant with extensive experience across PPC, CRO, Chinese Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Conversational Marketing.
David specialises in revenue generation, brand awareness and delivering measurable campaign outcomes through digital channels. With both agency and client-side experience, David has seen both sides of the coin and understands the digital challenges facing Australian organisations. With experience across automobile, finance, banking, government, law, and SaaS verticals, he has consistently delivered double-digit uplifts to campaign results.
